The CLP340 takes a further step towards ultimate piano realism,
with 4-step dynamic Stereo Sampling – this means that samples are
taken at different levels, from mezzo piano to fortissimo.
Furthermore, stereo sustain and key-off samples reproduce even the
most subtle nuances of an acoustic piano. The new damper Resonance
effect takes this realism even further whilst an upgraded amplifier
and speaker system means the CLP340 delivers its sound with
increased clarity and definition.
- 88-key full size touch sensitive keys. Full size keys allow
piano-style performance. Touch sensitivity gives added
expression. 88 keys represent the full 7¼ octave range of a
grand piano
- GH3 action with synthetic ivory keytops – replicates the
feel of an acoustic piano whilst reducing back-stress
transmission and increasing repetition rate - allows the player
greater expression and improved articulation
- 28 AWM voices – digitally recorded instruments, using
Yamaha’s new 4-step dynamic “Pure CF Sampling” technology for
superior sound
- 30 sampling banks – for superior sound quality. The more
sampling banks that are used, the more accurate the piano will
sound
- 128-note polyphony – allows you to play up to 128 notes
simultaneously
- Damper Resonance. Recreates the subtle resonances that occur
when using the damper on a grand piano
- Reverb and chorus effects add an extra dimension to any
performance
- Dual/split voice allows two instrumental voices to be played
simultaneously or in different areas of the keyboard
- Metronome provides a useful and convenient tool to
help the player keep in time
- 2-track recorder with 3 song capacity – record up to 3
performances and play them back
- Transpose feature allows you to easily play in a different
key, for example when accompanying an instrumentalist
- MIDI in/out/thru allows you to connect your Clavinova to
other MIDI compatible hardware
